By booking a service with LuxWave Cleaning, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not proceed with booking.
Submitting a booking request does not guarantee your selected time and date. Once we receive your request, a member of our team will reach out via phone or email to confirm availability.
Deposits:
We require 24 hours' notice for cancellations or changes. Failing to provide adequate notice will result in your deposit being forfeited and charged as a cancellation fee.
LuxWave Cleaning primarily assigns solo technicians. Based on the job size or complexity, additional team members may be assigned. All of our professionals are background-checked, insured, and thoroughly trained for quality and safety.
We reserve the right to refuse or end service due to:
Our staff may leave the premises if they feel unsafe or unable to complete the job due to the above. In such cases, your deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee.
To maximize efficiency, we kindly request that surfaces be cleared prior to our arrival. This includes floors, countertops, and sinks. If you'd prefer we assist with this, notify us beforehand and your quote will be adjusted accordingly.
Please ensure accessible parking is available. Any parking fees will be added to your invoice. If parking cannot be secured, the appointment may be canceled, and your deposit retained.
We love animals! But for everyone’s safety and efficiency, pets should be secured in a separate area during cleaning. If a pet poses a threat or causes disruption, our team reserves the right to leave and the cancellation policy will apply.
All pricing is based on estimated time and scope. If additional time is required, you will be notified before proceeding. If we cannot reach you, the team may leave and you will be charged the standard cancellation fee.
LuxWave reserves the right to adjust rates based on:
Payments are due the day of service. We accept:
All sales are final. If you are unsatisfied with your cleaning, please contact us within 24 hours and we will address the issue at no additional charge.
Recurring service discounts begin after the first cleaning. If you skip or reschedule, your rate may be adjusted to match the new frequency.
Rates may increase annually by up to 8%, or as needed based on changes to your home or service requirements.
If we are unable to access the property and cannot reach you within 15 minutes, the cleaning will be marked as a no-show, and the $70 cancellation fee will be charged.
To avoid this, we recommend providing an access code or key in a secure location.
Please disarm your alarm system or provide access instructions. If codes change, let us know in advance. Failure to do so may result in a lockout fee.
If you request that we use your vacuum or other equipment, LuxWave is not responsible for any damage or malfunctions related to their use.
We provide all cleaning supplies and equipment. If you prefer we use specific or eco-friendly products, let us know in advance. We are not liable for any damage caused by customer-supplied products.
We do not provide:
We take every precaution, but accidents can happen. We carry liability insurance and will address any damage caused by our staff.
We are not responsible for:
All damage claims must be reported with photos within 24 hours of service.
We operate in scheduled arrival blocks:
While we aim to arrive on time, traffic and job delays may occur. You’ll be notified via call or text if we’re running behind.
LuxWave Cleaning does not operate on:
If local schools or services are closed due to weather, LuxWave Cleaning may also close for safety. In such cases, we will reschedule your service at no extra cost.
We encourage clients to use a lockbox or secure method for key exchange. If keys are left in unsecured areas, LuxWave Cleaning is not responsible for any resulting damages or loss.
Clients agree not to directly hire or solicit LuxWave Cleaning staff for independent work. Violating this agreement may result in legal action or termination of service.
